I don’t separate who I am from what I do. When I show up to work, I bring my full self. Curious, grounded, and committed. I’m not here to just tick boxes. I want to understand, to connect, and to build things that mean something.I value clarity, consistency, and care. I don’t chase perfection, but I do take responsibility. Whether it’s a big project or a simple task, I give it my attention, because I know someone else is trusting me with their time, their idea, their vision. That matters to me.
